Antonietta Collins

Antonietta Toni Gonzalez-Collins, a Mexican-American sportscaster. She is an ESPN anchor on news, and she hosts SportsNation often. Her first assignment with ESPN in the year 2016. Her mother is the journalist on television Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta Collins was bilingual since the age of nine years old, a valuable ability that allowed her to secure her first job as a production assistant at Univision in Miami that allowed her to be a part of the production team for national programs such as Nuestra Belleza Latina, Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud and Primer Impacto. Then she was promoted to reporter for The CBS St. Petersburg affiliate following that. In 2009 she moved from Rio Grande Valley, Texas to work as a news reporter for the Spanish station KNVO TV 48 Univision and Fox2 News. Reporters covered issues related to the issue of immigration and trafficking drugs in both Texas and Mexico. In addition, she was used on occasion as a weather and sports anchor. Deportes 23 was Univision Dallas affiliate where she took on other duties. She was a reporter for all of the Major League Baseball ALDS ALCS World Series and Dallas Cowboys, NBA postseason, Finals FC Dallas as well the Dallas Stars. In addition she was also the host and produced Univision 23's Accion Deportiva Extra local sports show. She was appointed as the anchor of the sports program by Despierta America Deportes for their morning show. In addition, she served as an anchor on sports on Primer Impacto, a magazine show on the UniMas Network and Contacto Deportivo. Antonietta Collins' parents are originally from Veracruz Mexico. They eventually settled in Mexico City and she was born there on the 22nd of November in 1985. She is younger than her sister. The family moved from Mexico to Miami in 1992 following the departure from Mexico. Then, shortly afterward, her parents separated and in 1995 Fabio Fajardo got married again. He died of kidney cancer in 2006. The summer vacation that she stayed with her sibling living in Canton Ohio where the older Collins girl was offered a job. At the time of her senior year in high school but knowing exactly about what she wanted to pursue in her future, Antonietta was able to visit the University of Mount Union to determine if the school was suitable for her preferences. It was an amazing campus. They also offered her the degree she wanted. She graduated from school and was enrolled at the University as a major in media studies. Mark Bergmann was her professor and the manager of WRMU and WRMU, which she is a member. They developed a close relationship. Professor Bergmann was a great influence on her with his enthusiasm for journalism. Additionally, he profoundly influenced her.
